By participating in this Promotion, you will have to agree to these Promotional Terms and Conditions. It is important that you read them carefully as they explain how this promotion works, including relevant restrictions and wagering requirements.

These Terms & Conditions apply to this Slots Tournament Promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions and Jargon Buster. These terms can be accessed HERE & HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. The Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) daily from 00:01 to 23:59 (UK time) from 30^th June 2022 until further notice (the “Promotional Period”).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. This Promotion is available to customers of galaspins.com (the “Website”) who:
   1. have a verified Website account;
   2. are over 18 years old; and
   3. are eligible to receive Website promotions.

3. An Eligible Player cannot enter the Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which an Eligible Player may access their Website account can be found HERE.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION

4. To participate in this Promotion an Eligible Player must:
   1. access the Slots Tournaments Lobby;
   2. opt in (once per Eligible Player per Slots Tournament) (defined below);
   3. launch the Tournament Game (defined below) from the Slots Tournaments Lobby; and
   4. play the Tournament Spins (defined below) in the Slots Tournament within the Tournament Duration (defined below).
   5. The opt in period for each Slots Tournament will open as soon as the Tournament is visible to players on the schedule and close 10 minutes before end of the Tournament Duration. Times and Tournament Durations can be viewed on the Slots Tournaments Lobby.
5. Eligible Players that enter a Slots Tournament will all have an equal amount of Tournament Spins, of equal value.
6. Eligible Players will collect points from Tournament Spins and will be entered on the leaderboard.
7. Eligible Players who rank on the leaderboard will receive a reward consisting of Free Spins.

SLOTS TOURNAMENTS MECHANICS

8. There will be three Slots Tournaments held on a daily basis during the Promotional Period on the Slots Tournaments Lobby (the “Slots Tournaments”).
9. Each Slots Tournament will detail the following:
   1. “Tournament Game” - the specific slots game(s) which can be played as part of that Slots Tournament;
   2. “Min Bet Amount” – the minimum stake that Eligible Players must bet per spin. Any spins made with stakes lower than the Min Bet Amount will not collect points (Please note that this section will also indicate whether the Slots Tournament is Free to Play);
   3. “Maximum Spin Limit” - the maximum number of spins that an Eligible Player may make during that particular Slots Tournament that may collect points. Any spins made after the Maximum Spin Limit is reached will not accumulate points and will automatically stop the Eligible Player’s score from increasing; and
   4. “Tournament Duration” - a pre-defined time limit for which each Slots Tournament will last. Only bets made during the Tournament Duration may accumulate points.

10. Each Tournament Spin displays a bet value of £1.00. This is solely a token and has no value either cash or otherwise.
11. A winning outcome of any Tournament Spin will display winnings; they are for visual purposes only to show a ‘win’ for the purpose of collecting points. Any winnings displayed hold no value either as cash or otherwise.
12. Eligible Players must play through the Tournament Spins to collect points to gain a ranking on the leader board.
13. Only Tournament Spins played within the Tournament Duration will accumulate points.
14. The result of each Tournament Spin will determine the points collected by the Eligible Player.
15. Points are collected in three ways:
    1. Consecutive losing spins.
    2. Any wins.
    3. Boosted points for multiplier wins.

16. If the outcome of a spin qualifies for more than one set of points, an Eligible Player will only be awarded the outcome with the highest number of points. For example, if an Eligible Player’s spin results in a win and results in 10x the bet amount, the player will only get 200 points (10X bet amount) and not the 30 points corresponding to the “win 1 spin” outcome.
17. The Tournament Game will display to the Eligible Player, in real time, their collected points plus their rank on the leaderboard. The leaderboard and Eligible Players’ rankings will only be finalised at the end of the Slots Tournament once the Tournament Duration has completed.
18. An Eligible Player can return to real money play at any time by clicking on the ‘Play For Real’ button. Real money bets will not contribute to the Slots Tournament.
19. If the Eligible Player leaves or is disconnected from the Slots Tournament, the Eligible Player will be able to resume play by re-entering from the Slots Tournaments lobby and continue to use their remaining Tournament Spins, as long as the Tournament Duration has not ended.
20. If the Slots Tournament finishes while an Eligible Player is in-game, they will be notified via an in-game message.
21. Please note that any progress on the Jackpot trail in Tournament mode will not transfer over to real play.
22. If Eligible Players are in the middle of an unfinished Tournament Spin once the Tournament Duration has ended, it will complete but will not collect points.
23. If an Eligible Player does not use all the Tournament Spins within the Tournament Duration, the remaining Tournament Spins will be forfeited.
24. Eligible Players could hit a Bonus or Free Spins round within their Tournament Spins. If the Eligible Player has not completed their Bonus or Free Spin rounds within the Tournament Duration, points will not be collected.
25. The leaderboard will reset after each Slots Tournament.
26. Slots Tournaments taking place each day from Monday to Sunday during the Promotional Period will issue different amounts of ranking positions per Slots Tournament. This can be checked for each Slots Tournament on the:  Slots Tournaments Lobby.
27. At the end of each Slots Tournament, Eligible Players who have gained a ranking in the leaderboard will receive a Free Spins Reward. Ranking positions that will be paid out per Slots Tournament will be detailed on the  Slots Tournaments Lobby.
28. Rewards are Free Spins. Details of the Free Spins will be displayed on the  Slots Tournaments Lobby.

FREE SPINS REWARDS SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

30. Eligible Players that are still in-game (real or free mode) will receive a pop-up at the end of the Tournament Duration confirming their finishing position on the leaderboard.
31. If the Eligible Player is not in-game when the Slots Tournament finishes, they will need to return to the Slots Tournaments lobby, ‘See Your Results’ section, to confirm their leaderboard ranking.
32. Winning Eligible Players will receive an inbox message at the end of the Slots Tournament giving full details including the value of their Free Spins. An Eligible Player will also be able to find full details on the My Rewards page.
33. The Free Spins won can only be played on the same game played during the winning Slots Tournament.
34. The Free Spins will be credited to Eligible Players’ Website accounts automatically, within an hour of the Slots Tournament ending. In the event of any technical difficulties, the Free Spins will be credited by 7pm the following day.
35. The Free Spins are valued at £0.10 per spin.
36. The Free Spins awarded will be a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 100.
37. The Free Spins must be used by an Eligible Player within 72 hours from the day they are credited to their Website account, otherwise they will expire and will not be re-issued.
38. Any winnings from the Free Spins will be credited to the Eligible Player’s Website account in cash. There are no wagering requirements to the winnings obtained from the Free Spins.
39. There is no cash alternative to the Free Spins.

The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect your ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
43. The Promoter reserves the right to change or end any Promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.
44. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
45. In the event of any error, system failure, or any other type of error that may result in the crediting of funds, winnings, or rewards to a player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter will try and correct the error as soon as possible after becoming aware of the same. This means that the Promoter may withhold or reclaim funds or winnings in connection with the issue in order to place an affected account to the same status it was immediately prior to the issue arising.
